Once a successful match has been made, the course can be set for specific personnel development. Whether it's a dual or part-time degree program, ISTUniversity will accompany the development of your new talent from the very beginning, if desired.
Preparation and process of getting
acquainted Getting acquainted starts with speeddating on site: in just three minutes, you have the opportunity to get a first impression of the talents. Following the first meeting, there is plenty of time and space to deepen the discussions on site with the best candidates.
- Valid conference ticket: To participate in talent recruiting, you must have a conference ticket for the SPORT MARKE MEDIEN event. We will be happy to provide you with information about special individual conditions on request.
- Registration: Apply for one of the limited places by registering as an interested employer HERE.
- Binding registration: By the beginning of October at the latest, we require your binding confirmation, a job advertisement, and the contact details of the participating contact person on site.
- Limited number of participants: Participation is limited to 30 employers, with preference given to those with current vacancies that match the IST degree programs in sports business and economics.
Starting in October, IST will begin recruiting talent and informing them about the participating employers.

The IST University of Applied Sciences and the IST Study Institute are career partners of SPORT MARKE MEDIEN and offer a 90-minute forum on the topic of "Education and Careers in Sports."
